The aim of SmartSpeedWatch is to allow you to record the speed of cars going through your community and hold drivers accountable. Using advanced automatic numberplate recognition (ANPR or ALPR for Americans) technology you can catch speeders with just your smartphone.
How do I Get Started?
Head to the Your Portal pane and login with your Google account when prompted to do so. This will take you to a page containing a list of links, click the instructions link for detailed instructions and tips on using the website.
